Actress Penelope Ann Miller and husband, James Huggins, have welcomed a daughter. Maria Adela Huggins arrived on March 23 in Los Angeles.

"Penelope and James are thrilled to have another girl and a little sister for Eloisa," her rep says.

She joins big sister Eloisa May, 8.
